Services:

Survey

To start, we'll contact you to book an appointment for the survey at your property. During this survey, we will take the time to understand your ideas and requirements for your new living area. After discussing the possibilities, we will provide you with a free quotation.

Design

We will carefully design your new space to ensure your loft can be used to its full potential. We work alongside the local authority and get the required planning permissions and building regulations. We can also build bespoke wardrobes, shelves, cupboards and staircases to enhance your loft space.

Construction

The project begins with a team working full-time to build your loft conversion. Once the carpenters have finished crafting the loft, we send in the professional electrician, plumber and plasterer to complete the build.

Completion

After completion of the loft, we will then arrange the final inspection by building control and ensure your home is as tidy as before we began so you can enjoy your newly crafted space. We’ll then sign off on the project and leave it ready for you to decorate.
